From a young age, I knew I wanted to help others. After exploring various careers, including being a preschool teacher and working with Autistic children, I finally found my calling when I began my graduate program in clinical mental health counseling. Upon graduating - with high distinction - in 2021, my partner encouraged me to open Harlie's Haven. I am passionate about working with neurodivergent and queer individuals as I have lived experience and aim to improve the standard of care these populations receive. I work with clients closely in order to achieve measurable results that allow them to push forward with a new, positive mindset. Please browse my services and contact me if you’re interested in working with me.
I aim to be safe haven for each person I have the opportunity to walk with on their journey. I'll meet you where you’re at - no shame, no judgment.
Our mission is to provide a unique wellness experience for anyone struggling to feel seen, heard, or understood by offering holistic, culturally competent services in a safe, nonjudgmental space while utilizing integrative, empirically supported treatment strategies.
Harlie’s Haven empowers clients to rekindle their lost hope by stepping into their authentic selves without fear, creating a healthier, more inclusive world.
Our values guide every aspect of our center from embracing changes to everyday decisions in an effort to improve the lives of our clients and team members.
Here, we do not hide from our clients. We embrace having histories, experiences, and emotions, just like you. Our team is here to show you it’s ok to be imperfect, emotional, and vulnerable.
We strive to treat every client with compassion and understanding who they are, what they are experiencing, and what they need. Clients are the experts on their lives, which is why we utilize a collaborative therapeutic approach.
Our passion generates excitement for what we do and how we do it. This internal source of energy drives us to create ground-breaking change and deliver superior services to our clients.
Respect and acceptance, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, race, physical ability, religion, or socioeconomic status, enables our team to provide inclusive, culturally-sensitive services.
